Return and Refund Policy

1. All studio bookings are final upon confirmation. Once your session is approved and confirmed, it is considered reserved. We recommend reviewing availability and details before submission. Changes should be requested promptly to avoid complications.

2. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. After a session has occurred, the service is considered fully delivered. No refunds or adjustments will be made after this point. We encourage open communication before your scheduled time.

3. Credit may be offered for cancellations with notice. If a booking is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a credit may be applied. This credit can be used toward a future session within 60 days. Credit approval is at the discretion of Interois staff.

4. Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are considered final. Due to time and resource preparation, these sessions are billed in full. We appreciate your understanding regarding operational commitments.

5. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate new times if needed. Requests must be made as early as possible. No guarantees can be made for high-demand time slots.

6. Sessions must begin and end on time. Time extensions may not be available if another booking follows. We advise arriving early for setup and preparation. Overtime will be billed accordingly if applicable.

7. Service interruptions must be reported immediately. If you experience issues during a session, please inform staff right away. We may be able to provide partial credit if a technical issue arises. Late reporting may reduce available resolution options.
